Endocrinology - An Endocrinologist is a specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the endocrine system. Endocrinologists are trained to recognize problems with hormones and provide treatment for a wide range of disorders of the endocrine system, including metabolism, hormonal imbalances, menopause, osteoporosis and cholesterol disorders. Among the most common illnesses associated with the endocrine system are diabetes and hypothyroidism. Your family physician or internist will arrange a referral if you need to be seen by Eagle's board-certified Endocrinologist Dr. Jeff Kerr.

Family physicians provide comprehensive medical care for persons of all ages. Services include preventive care, and the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic disorders, and minor surgical procedures. Discussions about nutrition, child rearing and childhood development are routine. Older children and teenagers are counseled on substance abuse, sexuality and career goals.
